10:30 a.m. - Worship (nursery & children's ministry provided)
6:00 a.m. - The Bible and Prayer Gathering
During the months of September - May we share a meal together on Wednesday evenings at 5:00 P.M. This helps out parents who are bringing their children to Pioneer Club and don't always have time to feed the kids beforehand. It is also provided for anyone attending on Wednesday night.
During this hour we offer a nursery, children's class, and three adult groups to choose from. The adult groups are the "Faith Clinic" which emphasizes the importance of faith and how to grow in our faith. "Stepping Stones" is a more traditional group that uses a quarterly curriculum covering various topics. The third group is "The Cord of Three" which focuses on our relationship with God and others.
Our worship service is a time for us to come together and focus on giving God the glory and praise that He is worthy of. Worship is meant to be genuine and heartfelt and done so "in spirit and truth". Our worship songs are a blend of traditional and contemporary music. But we strongly emphasize worship as a lifestyle not just an event that we participate in. The Pastor will also share a message that is biblical, timely, and relevant for everyday life.
During this time we take the pastor's morning message and discuss how we can implement it into everyday life and talk about what that looks like. We then transition into a time of prayer for personal, corporate, and community requests and needs.
Pioneer Club is for children 1-6 grade. The kids spend time singing, praying, bible story and lesson, scripture memorization, learning a skill, and games. The kids earn awards and badges at the end of the year. Our Youth Group is for grades 7-12. Their time together is interactive with scripture, prayer, and discussion. They plan fundraisers and attend various events throughout the year. The Toolbox is for adults. The focus is on spiritual growth and includes a 12-15 minute video segment, discussion time, and a case study. Each lesson has a key verse and a key idea.
